Election Campaign Leadership: Successfully managed election campaigns across all three levels of government, leading teams of 6–8 employees and coordinating up to 500 volunteers while exceeding campaign benchmarks.

Diversity, Inclusion, and Conflict Resolution: Provides training and facilitation in diversity and inclusion, team building, conflict resolution, and anti-harassment, supporting more inclusive and respectful workplaces.

Entrepreneurship: Established her own business offering coaching and training services, applying her extensive experience in marketing, communications, leadership, and professional development.

Education and Mentorship: Serves as a part-time professor at Centennial College’s School of Business, sharing her knowledge and experience with students and helping prepare future business professionals.
