Annie Tharani

Annie Tharani, Founder and CEO of Elevate Talent and Marketing, has built a small business that keeps evolving with the needs of the clients it serves. Elevate began with web design and social media marketing. Under Annie’s leadership it has grown into a full-service digital partner offering custom apps and AI-powered software and agents, giving small businesses technology that is usually out of their reach.
Annie also helps clients fund that growth. She has helped more than 20 customers secure government grants, turning their plans into funded projects. This is the kind of practical, community-minded support that makes the difference for a small business owner.
